warm welcome extra blanket cozy room aggressive owner shouting incident embarrassing situation
i received a lovely welcome from a kind person. i was also given my extra blanket. the room was so warm and cozy i didn't need it in the end. the staff really cared.
the hotel owner shouted at us for holding a beer. he was aggressive at the entrance. he wanted us to leave the premises with the beer. we felt embarrassed.

this hotel was a lucky find. the room had tea, coffee, and milk. free wi-fi was available. the location was near the town and seafront. on-road parking was free!
i think the kettle needs a filter or even replacing.

a decent stay with some issues
soft bed missing shelves
the bed in our room felt too soft. i also noticed the absence of fitted sheets, the sheets came off easily during the night. this made it a bit uncomfortable (it was a bit annoying, to be honest). i think some shelves would improve the room too.

The hotel location was close to the seafront. It was a short walk. the room included a double bed that was suitable for my one-night stay. i found the room very tidy upon arrival, a priority for me.
The kettle in my room needs a new filter. This is my only issue.

The family room was very spacious with a double bed and bunk beds! It included a shower, toilet, and a wall-mounted TV. The location is great. I took a quick 15-minute walk to the main beach and high street. Joyland adventure park is just 30 minutes away!

quiet and clean stay
quiet location clean room free wifi comfortable bed
the location was quiet, and i found plenty of parking spaces available. the hotel was clean, and there were sufficient supplies of tea, coffee, and milk. i had free wifi . the comfortable beds allowed me to relax (just what i needed after a long trip).
the room felt a bit dark, and i felt the need for additional shelving or a small side cupboard for convenience.

I found the beach hut offered reasonably priced meals. I even got a suntan while waiting for breakfast. i also visited the kensington hotelwith non-fried food options (it was great to have healthy choices available).
