The hotel location was close to the seafront. It was a short walk. the room included a double bed that was suitable for my one-night stay. i found the room very tidy upon arrival, a priority for me.
The kettle in my room needs a new filter. This is my only issue.

The family room was very spacious with a double bed and bunk beds! It included a shower, toilet, and a wall-mounted TV. The location is great. I took a quick 15-minute walk to the main beach and high street. Joyland adventure park is just 30 minutes away!
The double bed felt a little too soft, and the sheets weren't fitted, so they came off easily.

While I didn't dine in, I saw the dining area was spotless and well-maintained. The breakfast service looked efficient, with plenty of staff ensuring everything was stocked; the coffee machine was easy to use.

The hotel had a functional lift, which was very useful when we had luggage. I spotted a vending machine with a good range of drinks. A small play area kept the kids entertained!

I found the owner to be quite friendly and ready to help. The hotel is clean. I noticed an abundance of tea, coffee, and milk. Free WIFI was available.
The room needed side cupboards or shelves. The kettle seemed like it needed replacing or the filter needed cleaning. I found no fitted sheets on the soft double bed, this was an issue.

the location was quiet, and i found plenty of parking spaces available. the hotel was clean, and there were sufficient supplies of tea, coffee, and milk. i had free wifi . the comfortable beds allowed me to relax (just what i needed after a long trip).
the room felt a bit dark, and i felt the need for additional shelving or a small side cupboard for convenience.
